I've decided that what usually gets people interested and motivated is to see other people who are doing what they're trying to do. With that in mind I've decided to start a section on others who are finding their way to fitness. People's reasons, motivations, actions, and strategies for finding their way to fitness are often diverse and complicated. That's why I use the phrase "find your way to fitness." The stories are generated by questions I've asked and suggestions I've given. This makes the stories come out in a similar format. I've done this to help readers see a pattern and pick out what might work for them.
